Guys, i was driving at the back of a white tour van from Cameron Highlands bearing the name of CS Travel & Tours last week along the Newly opened Ipoh - Cameron Highlands stretch. Along the way, i noticed that the driver drove the white van so recklessly and suddenly plunged to the roadside drain. I managed to stop and help but the driver's driving attitude stop me to do so. I thought its a good lesson to him. By the time i reached cameron highlands and chatting to several tour companies, heard that all the company's driver drive so recklessly without bearing in mind about the safety of the passengers. So guys, be xtra carefull when cm into selection of tour company.

Yes, i also heard the drivers at the company drives very fast and some of the landrover used for tour dont have road tax and insurance!!!!!

recently went to cameron highlands and had a very bad experience with this company.
problems faced : rude indian drivers, very fast and recklessly driven vans, expensive tour packages, high commiission are given to our tour operator from singapore and we faced the bad and low quality service.
*pss : i have sent a formal report to malaysian ministry of tourism.

You should cc the complain letter to the company as well as the tour agency in Singapore at least they are aware of the situation, sometimes the company do not know that the drivers are badly behaved or drive their vehicle recklessly so your complain letter will give some light.
